1. General Agreement & Acceptance

By accessing, registering, or using the FEXO PAY platform, you signify your complete and unconditional agreement to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you are strictly prohibited from using our services. FEXO PAY reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these terms at any time without prior individual notice. Your continued use of the platform after changes implies your acceptance.

2. Modification of Staking & Referral Programs

FEXO PAY operates in a highly dynamic digital financial ecosystem. Therefore, the Company reserves the absolute right to change, modify, decrease, or increase any Staking ROI (Return on Investment) percentages, plan durations, and investment limits at any time. Furthermore, the Multi-Level Referral & Affiliate Commission structures may be altered, paused, or completely terminated at the Company's sole discretion based on market conditions and company policies.

3. Account Termination & Banning Policy

We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy against fraud, system manipulation, or violation of platform rules. The Company reserves the right to instantly ban, suspend, or permanently delete any user account without prior warning or explanation if we detect or suspect:

  • Creation of multiple accounts using the same IP address, device, or identity to abuse the referral system.
  • Use of automated bots, scripts, or exploiting system bugs to gain unfair advantages.
  • Defamation, spreading false information, or attempting to harm the Company's reputation on social media.
  • Engaging in any suspicious activity related to money laundering or depositing illegal funds.

WARNING: In the event of an account ban or termination due to the violation of our policies, all funds within the account—including principal deposits, staking profits, and referral commissions—will be permanently confiscated by the Company.

4. Investment Risks & Liability

Digital asset staking involves inherent financial risks. While FEXO PAY implements advanced strategies to generate consistent yields, you acknowledge that you are investing at your own risk. FEXO PAY, its owners, or employees shall not be held liable for any partial or complete loss of funds due to unforeseen market crashes, blockchain network failures, third-party gateway errors, or force majeure events.

5. Withdrawals & Financial Operations

While we strive to process all withdrawals instantly or within a few hours, the Company reserves the right to delay, review, or hold withdrawal requests for up to 72 hours for essential security verifications. Users are fully responsible for providing accurate receiving wallet addresses. Funds sent to incorrect addresses due to user error cannot be recovered or refunded by FEXO PAY.

6. Final Authority

In the event of any dispute regarding transactions, referral lines, account status, or rule interpretation, the decision of the FEXO PAY Administration team will be considered final, absolute, and legally binding. We reserve the right to restrict services in certain jurisdictions as required by international law.
